Welcome back to Claire Signal. Today's episode is brought to you by the fact that Sunitha recorded the next episode and forgot to announce the main reason why she even recorded an episode. And that was to tell you about two key things. Number one, Catalyze, my private podcast, will expire on May 31st. I recorded a private podcast for the summit that I did on May 1st. And I am keeping that open through May 31st. That is free. It's in the show notes. It is three key patterns I see in the founders I work with, the entrepreneurs I work with that hold them back. The whole premise of that summit was shifting people forward. And so I created a special tool that every single day, 10 minutes, it'll shift you forward. And the time that it takes you to make a cup of coffee, you will have shifted the way that you think in the way that I do. Once you shift the way you think, you shift the way you see things, your perspective shifts, and change happens. Number two, the next episode, I talk a little bit about resonance. I start to get a little bit deeper into the work that I do, the framework I'm building, and what makes my work so unique. Resonance is a term that you're gonna hear a lot. Resonance is not specific to me, but resonance is the first step of the process. And that is why I created something called the resonance read. I created this for a talk that I gave on Valentine's Day. Now that talk was to podcasters, and I created something specially for them. This is not for podcasters. This was inspired by that. And that also expires on May 31st. You can check that out in the show notes. That is asynchronous. You do not have to meet with me. And that is your resonance map. That is your recipe. If you watch the talk that I gave to podcasters, it's on my YouTube channel. Eventually it may come up here. One of the participants said, Well, we don't want to do work on ourselves. Just give us the blueprint. Just give us the recipe. She was being facetious, but sadly that's what people think business is. And that's why people make the money they make selling the bullshit that they do. Let's just be frank. But I said to her, there is a recipe. And she's all the human design chart, but that's not what I meant. Your human design chart isn't a recipe for anything. Your human design chart is information. Your residence read is your specific influence recipe. How do you speak, communicate, sell, market influence? That's what residence read is. It is your recipe, and that comes before anything else. You can create resonance through anything, but I would say your voice, your presence, in person, on a podcast, in video, that is to me where it's at. You can do recognition without resonance. Eh. Through copywriting, yes. People can recognize themselves in your copy and lean in. But if you're someone who's got something to say, you have a unique frequency, you are able to influence in person, you know you've got that special sauce, then resonance read is for you. That expires May 31st. Catalyze the podcast expires May 31st. I was driving back from the gym and I was thinking about recording this. I got a whole other podcast that downloaded in my head, and I wanted to record a bunch of stuff, but then I can't title this what I want, which is letting you know that catalyst is going away. Then it becomes its own episode. That brings me around to what I am thinking about doing. A private podcast in the fall. It might be called Catalyze, it might be called something else, but the three-day transmission I did will go away May 31st. Will no longer be available. And the reason I want to potentially do a private podcast is I get ideas all day, every day. And my best stuff is in my car on the fly, unedited, and it's not for everyone. I want it to be for the people who are fit for my work. I want it to be for people who want to go to the next level. I don't want it to be the people who are just looking for information. With AI, we're drowning in information. Uranus and Gemini, that game is over. Now it's about really dialing in the frequency of what your people, your tribe needs to hear. And I know what my tribe needs to hear, and I want to deliver it to them in a less polished way. As this podcast becomes more formalized, which is my goal in the fall, there is more operations, and you can't just create a podcast on the fly and throw it in whenever you want. You've got production and guests and scheduling and all the things. But I like the idea of having a place for private transmissions, more ad hoc transmissions, the stuff that I have largely treated this podcast like up until now, and will not be doing that moving forward. Change is in the air. You don't change, you don't evolve, you don't grow. That is part of what we are all being asked of in the new paradigm. Speaking of the new paradigm, frequency and resonance are increasingly going to be part of the new paradigm. We're going to talk about that next time. And we will wrap up season two with an episode about how to treat your business like a game. Last episode was how to treat your business like a teacher. And we'll wrap up that episode at that time. We will come back in the summer for season three. The focus of season three is marketing and sales, and lots of great conversations that you can expect. And I will see you then. I did whatever the fuck I wanted to do, and it still worked for my needs. I still attracted people through resonance. They were my early clients, and they helped to build the alchemical advisory work that I now do and I'm bringing to the world. There are many ways to build a foundation. You get to build a foundation your way. And I will say that until I'm blue in the face. You also get to play the game that you want to play when you want to play it. And you also get to treat your business like a game. And we'll talk about that before we wrap season two.
