SEASON 1: Pillars of Human Design, Tips for Sacral Beings and Lessons from the Unscripted Path [E1]

And Clear Signal is a podcast for seasoned entrepreneurs who have outgrown formulas and are sick of guru advice, but they still want sharp strategic thinking. But I will say that it covers this notion of internal signal and external signal, signal going out, meaning communication, sales messaging, marketing, positioning, and signal coming in influence conditioning. , However, we do it differently.

It's using foundational pillars of business that have been around since the beginning of time. But applying it through a New Paradigm lens and New Paradigm lens essentially means that you are working in a new way of doing business.

You resonate with the concept of resonance. This notion of integrity, authenticity, and resonance, meaning you're gonna attract the people who are right for you through identity and values. Versus through hustle tactics and algorithms. We don't throw the baby out with a bathwater here, but we do focus on the first category a lot. My name is Sunita. I'm the owner of Align Gold. I have an MBA in marketing and corporate strategy. I've been in the business world for 22 years. I've been an entrepreneur for 15 years.

I've had multiple businesses in that time, B2B, B2C, e-Commerce consulting [00:02:00] online. Working with clients in a B2C capacity in a different capacity, and now working with entrepreneurs in a B2B capacity online, my business is focused on ensuring that entrepreneurs are working from a current identity. They are making decisions from a current operating system.

That could be a timeline thing, that could be an orientation thing. It also could mean that they haven't found somebody. Who is really speaking to what they are actually struggling with, and they're not speaking to what entrepreneurs are really going through. This podcast is about authenticity. It's about stories.

It is about real tips, real foundational concepts from someone who's been in the game for a long time, as well as layering in tools and techniques and providing guests that I think will be of value to you season 1. It has a few main concepts. season 1 is a permission slip, [00:03:00] permission slip to evolve.

Permission slip to be messy. Permission slip to make mistakes, permission slip to do your own thing. Permission slip to go, timing permission slip to mutate in public permission slip to try an error. It's also foundational on a variety of spiritual concepts. We bring in tarot, astrology. Law of attraction, the alchemist, the notions of alchemy. How does season 1 differ from law of attraction? What is magnetism in season 1 versus magnetism in law of attraction? Foundational concepts of being a sacral, being . season 1 from a season 1 perspective is very much.

Sacral being generator, manifesting generator, self-explanatory on the feed. How to find out if you're one generator manifesting generator. Myths about the sacral responses. Difference between the sacral versus the emotion center versus the intuition center. Key concepts on centers that affect entrepreneurs.

One being the emotion center for obvious reason. If you're a sacral being, you'll understand. If not, listen to [00:04:00] the first episode and the heart center. I focused a lot on the heart center in season 1 because the heart center has to do with values because the heart center has to do with charging money and boundaries.

And because we talked about spirituality in season 1, I wanted to differentiate the notion of the ego in season 1 versus the ego the spiritual concepts and where it can go awry.

We also did foundational concepts that demonstrate the way that I look through the lens of questioning, because in season two we talk about deconditioning and we talk about invisible rules in business. We talk about the centers that affect that in business pressure influence, but first, lay the foundation in season 1.

So we talked about rules of life in general with episodes on the rules of life were made up and why we talked about how there's a lot of guru worship in the season 1 [00:05:00] community and why that goes awry. We talked about where season 1 is not actually ethical for business and why we're gonna do it anyway.

Why it's actually not really. What it was designed for, but we're gonna do it anyway. And number four, we talked about guru worship in general. Why experts who are going through their own experiment are claiming that they know everything and that you should do it their way.

But also we gave. The notion of the permission slip to experiment. There's nothing wrong with trial and error. There's nothing wrong with experimentation. It's when you are deciding that that is the way for everybody else, and that is the problem. This podcast is anti -guru. It's anti framework, it's anti-formula.

It is pro honoring your intuition, honoring your divine timing, trusting yourself, learning to hear yourself again, getting away from noise and back to signal. Understanding the concepts of season 1 as it applies to. business and season 1 and season two, were foundational for a [00:06:00] reason. After that, it will not be about season 1 teaching.

The first couple of seasons were very foundational Human Design to set the foundation, but the goal is then to evolve Clear Signal as the podcast evolves. The notion that entrepreneurialship as a thing is an evolution, a brand is an evolution, and we demonstrate all the principles here. There may be episodes that have different names, meaning the actual podcast had a different name.

It's because we had a lot of evolution. Some of the podcast names were Breaking Open The Unscripted Path, Rewiring, The Aligned CEO, The Aligned Alchemist, and for a second it was Awaken Your Inner Magic. The only reason I did that is because I wanted Awaken Your Inner Wisdom. So let's run those down. The Aligned CEO, The Aligned Alchemist, Awaken Your Inner Wisdom.
