[00:00:00] Welcome to Clear Signal and welcome to season two. Season one was a plethora of content that had a couple of key themes. It was a permission slip. And by permission slip, I mean permission to evolve your brand. Permission to mutate in public permission to change your mind, permission to build something your way, permission to have a mistake and go with the flow. Permission to not worry about what other people think. Permission to have imperfect content on the feed. These are all episodes that were there.

And that relates to permission to also embrace the journey as an entrepreneur. We had foundational concepts where we talked about the journey of the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur as the fool's journey of the tarot, [00:01:00] the philosophy journey of the Alchemist, i'm talking big mistakes, and then you just keep going.

Foundational concepts on the notion of influence, and in that it was more about a introduction to this notion of clear signal by introduction. First focused on the noise, the bullshit in the industry, meaning the Human Design industry. How it's a cult in many areas and why foundations about how a lot of guru rules are actually their own experiments.

They're packaging as advice for you. We talked about the three line and how the three line is a line of you have to experience it to learn it, and whatever profile line you have, the three line is the entrepreneurial line. Sometimes you have to jet up against reality. And try it out. We also talked about [00:02:00] the one line because the one line builds slowly, and this notion of honoring your own pace and doing things that make sense for you even when it doesn't make sense for other people.

And then from an actual topic perspective and tools perspective, we introduced Human Design in depth. We talked about human design for sacral beings. Very foundational. How to find out if you're a sacral being what emotional authority is. How to work with your sacral response. How to work with, as you're a generator, how to work with if you're a manifesting generator.

The difference between sacral response and intuition with examples and stories. Foundational concepts of Human Design, the basics that are not on my YouTube channel. Basics applied to business. And then finally there was a foundation of spiritual concepts. The original podcast was called the Aligned Alchemist.[00:03:00] 

It was briefly the Aligned CEO, but let's pretend it was the Aligned Alchemist, and that was spiritual tools such as Tarot, divine timing, law of attraction. How does law of attraction differ from human design

numerology, astrology, alchemy. Foundational pillar tools that I either use in the background of my life or I use in the background of my business. I do use astrology in the work that I do, both from a timing perspective in one area of my work and in actual brand architecture and another area of my work. So that was season one, and obviously it was an introduction to me because I have a no nonsense.

Five, one heretical style. That is not for everybody. And what you're gonna see in season one and [00:04:00] what you're gonna see in my podcast is that I don't talk about stuff, I demonstrate it. So I don't talk about creating content where you don't worry about what anybody thinks. I do content that would polarize. I don't talk about how, oh, you should have imperfect content and don't worry about it. I have imperfect content, and then I come on and talk about it. I have episodes that dropped in by mistake. I did change the title five times. I allowed the brand to evolve. I went with my own flow about the timing.

One of the episodes was Diary of a CEO. We talked about what game are you playing, and I recognized that the game I was in was beta and we were allowing it to be beta.

I talked about focusing on resonance over conversion, and that's exactly what I did. I started this podcast with no email in the show notes, no offers, no external marketing, so that we could prove out the [00:05:00] concept of resonant based frequency so that when I talk about resonant frequency a year after that started, we've got examples.

Everything is baked in with examples from the past. Learned wisdom, earned wisdom, experience, depth, and foundational concepts.

Season one. We also had a couple of concepts like the centers, which are foundational concepts, emotion center, that's foundational heart center. That's foundational. We did a deep dive in the heart center.

Related to money, related to business, and we tied it into the spiritual stuff, which said that this is how human design and spirituality differ, especially in something known as the ego center, which is very important. Foundational concepts, not what is Human Design. My YouTube channel is for that.

But if you're a business owner who's heard of Human Design and is a sacral being manifesting generator and generator, that was the focus. Season two, we went to the next level. Season two was foundational concepts applied to business, but in a different [00:06:00] level. Format, energies, profile lines, in depth, interviews with other folks that I did that got put on the feed that explained foundational concepts because I had the file deeper into this notion of influence, signal to noise. Influence, deconditioning, the head center, bright shiny object syndrome, the root center. Where are we pressured, invisible rules? Where are we doing things? We don't have to in business specifically. We already laid the foundation in season one with an episode that had to do with the rules of life are made up talking about the notion of how we don't question things.

And then season two, we apply these concepts to business. There were four foundational pillars of season two, and most of the episodes followed this, which were clarity. I explain things in a way that's clarifying quickly and it makes people look at their business differently, and it [00:07:00] makes people look at life differently.

Number two, foundational for obvious reasons. In some ways, we built on the foundation of season one, but this was foundational from a human design for business perspective. Number three, backwards to go forwards. A lot of the episodes unintentionally in season two came from episodes I recorded a while back and they never dropped.

And I allowed the episodes that made the most sense, even if they weren't new, to find their way to the feed. And number four, feminine flow and feminine flow has to do with intuition. It has to do with timing, it has to do with operating in line with what we think is right. And it has to do with cadence. The episodes had a very unusual cadence for a podcast in season two, and that will continue until the end of season two, . . And fittingly season two, built on Season one. So I talk about feminine flow and , going with the [00:08:00] flow and dropping episodes in line with my intuition. We did a four episode series in the summer during season one about why working with your intuition is so important and why Human Design and intuition go together.

Finally, in season one, I talked about all the macro astrological transits that were happening that would be affecting entrepreneurs. Saturn going to Aries, Neptune going into Aries, for obvious reasons, are on the feed. Uranus going to Gemini and for a year, Jupiter going into Cancer. All of that's on the feed.

Most of it's labeled, and that was season one, and that was season two. Season three will be about marketing, magnetic marketing, and we'll be bringing in guests and we'll be going to the next level of whatever we did in season two.
